If you cannot return the item in person, please mail it to us. All returned items must be insured for full value and sent with a delivery confirmation/tracking number. All contents must be intact for us to repair or replace the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded and no CODs will be accepted.
Custom orders, due to their unique nature, cannot be returned.
